Doug Sedgwick –  Industry Leader

Doug Sedgwick is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in 1989 as a technician, dedicating 15 years to honing his technical expertise. In 1999, he joined Shaw, and by 2004 he had moved into leadership, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and advancing technical initiatives.

Over the course of his tenure at Shaw ( now owned by Rogers  ) , Doug held various leadership roles, culminating in his position as National Technical Operations Director. In this role, he oversaw technical operations on a national scale, implemented strategic initiatives, and optimized network performance.

In 2017, Doug left Shaw to start his own construction company, which has successfully supported major utility providers. With a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong background in both technical and operational leadership, Doug remains a respected figure in the construction sector.
